I rather like your Fuji. I wouldn't say he's OOC, only rather more talkative than other times. Still, when he's alone with Tezuka it's natural that they talk.
I also like your Tezuka a lot. You use his stoic features quite well in the context of the fic.
And I also liked the bit about Fuji losing his smile when Yuuta found out about what he does... very dramatic.
