Urban Navigation 5 (London +2, Tokyo +1)
Aug. 13th, 2007 12:28 pmThe realisation that I can kind of navigate Shinjuku station now is actually rather terrifying. Hmmm.
So tired. So so tired. The heat over a long period is really pretty exhausting, and of course I've been ill and not eating very much - whiped out. I hope I don't just keel over too badly when I make it back to Norfolk - I still have stuff to organise, heh. I did not really count on a burst of supposed colitis. Facepalm. (Going home so soon, oh boy. One more night in Tokyo, one night in Narita, and then an early flight the next day.)
Just lurking in a net cafe while Pez and Unni go and see Rikkaimyu the 2nd again. We did the lottery and I was the only one who won a ticket (though Pez already had one) but I lost drawing lots against Unni for who actually got to use it. XDD Ah well, it would've been more money I suppose - and this performance has Shindo Gaku in it and she needs to see him more than I do. ;) It isn't like I haven't seen it twice. *g* Anyway, my shopping is pretty much done, and I've done some compulsive counting of sets - I reallyreallyreally hope I have everything right. Pez is getting the last three sets I think I need for people today. I may have a spare of Yukimura's set and possibly also a spare pamphlet... we'll see when everything is finally sorted.
Gotta write some more detailed thoughts on Rikkaimyu at some stage. Maybe I should do that now while I have nothing else to be doing especially. 8D
Mum, Sarah is taking the phone back today I think so that number won't be usable any more. I'm arriving in the UK on the evening of the 15th (wednesday? I hope, I'm losing track!!), but I'll have to give you more details tomorrow. No mobile battery, so I'll probably end up having to call you from a payphone in London to work out what's going on once my flight actually gets in. Can get a rough idea before, though.
