Both are official... Shadowrun (http://www.srrpg.com/) is live and kicking, and very cool, although I haven't played the 4th edition version of it or anything, just the older one. Cyberpunk2020 is sort of... dead/dying. There has supposedly been a 'new edition' in the works for about 10 years now.
Shadowrun is one of my Three True RPG Loves. The other two are Exalted (http://www.white-wolf.com/exalted/index.php?line=intro) (the wannabe-anime game. It sort of fails but we love it anyway.) and Deadlands (currently not really doing a good job of existing, but is the RPG which uses poker chips and playing cards as part of the game mechanics.
