Incidentally, on a tenuously Higa-related note, I think we're also going to Okinawa this summer. (elyndys and I, in the week before solaas arrives.) I kind of want to take the boat out there because I'm a freak about boats though it's a pretty long haul from the mainland. But one way or another we're going to try and go. :D

Will almost certainly be there. We're in Tokyo for a few days when it'll be on there, so we'll be trying our damndest to get hold of tickets. It should be possible. It usually is. :D

Kite. (The guy who is meant to be playing Chinen is TAAAAAALL. But yeah, no confirmation that he'll be in it on his site yet. Hopefully there'll be something soon.)
